API Couplers
	OPW ENGINEERED SYSTEMS MODEL 1004-D2-0402 — Mates with all 4" bottom load adapters built in accordance with API RP-1004 requirements to significantly reduce liquid loss upon disconnecting in gasoline applications. Viton® seals are standard, compatible with gasolines containing up to 20% MTBE content. Other seals available include Buna-N, Chemraz® and Kalrez®. The coupler is suitable for use in applications down to -10° F. Lightweight —weighing only 8 1/2 lbs— the model 1004-D2 boasts a multitude of benefits, including: • Self-aligning five cam design ensures a tight connection to the truck adapter. It cannot be opened unless it's properly connected to an API adapter; nor can it be disconnected when the poppet is open. • The high retention nose seal is beveled for superior sealing to eliminate the risk of seal 'blow out' due to line overpressurization and/or thermal expansion. • Even wearing gloves the coupler, with its large handles, is easy to maneuver. 	OPW ENGINEERED SYSTEMS MODEL 6400 — Horizontal loading valve featuring 'soft closing' to reduce line shock. Connections are TTMA (truck flanges). Available in 3" and 4". The trim inside the aluminum body is stainless steel, meaning compatibility with a variety of fuels and chemicals. Includes a 'deadman' feature requiring the operator to hold the handle in the 'open' position while loading. 	OPW ENGINEERED SYSTEMS BULK APPLICATION SWIVELS — Mascott Equipment is a distributor of OPW's line of fabricated and cast ball bearing swivels...swivels designed and built to the highest of quality standards including 100% penetration welding and precision machining, in addition to: • Tight seals — O-rings providing a tight seal without hindering swivel action. Available seals include Buna-N, Viton®, EPT, Neoprene, Kalrez® as well as other seal materials as required. • True ball bearing race alignment — Body and tail sections are locked together by a double row of ball bearings. The double raceway design assures proper alignment and prevents binding caused by temperature changes and heavy radial loads. The carbon steel ball bearings have hardened races to maximize load-bearing capability. • Protected bearing chamber — A protective inner O-ring seal prevents product from entering the bearing chamber, while the outer seal keeps rain, dirt and other contaminants out. • Easy lubrication — All swivels are pre-lubricated at the factory. 3/4", 1" and submerged swivels are permanently lubricated. A grease fitting between races that accepts a standard grease gun is available for swivels requiring field lubrication. STYLE 10 SWIVEL — Three planes of rotation.
