PETROVEND KEEGARD® — Type: Solid state, key-operated, low maintenance auto-
mated fuel control system.       Adaptable to most existing standard or commercial fuel
dispensers with pulsers, or using pulser kits available from OPW Fuel Management Systems.
Simple to operate; insert a key into its proper lock and turn to activate the fuel dispenser.
Deactivation of the pump is accomplished by handing up the nozzle, turning the key off and
removing the key. The Keeguard's counters record every tenth of a gallon or liter dispensed on
a totalizer specific to the key used.       
Includes: Two key lockout (permits only one key to
operate at a time) and ability to lock out or reinstate any lost or stolen key. Keegard's Master
unit is stand-alone and holds up to 30 keys and counters. Expansion is through use of 'slave'
units, each of which can hold up to 60 keys and counters. The Keegard housing exceeds
specifications for a NEMA-4 type box. Counters are non-reset types with a 99,999.9 with the
capacity to record up to 100gpm at 1000 pulses/minute. The system includes a Missing Pulse
Detector (designed to shut the pump off if no pulse is detected). Available options include a
buzzer system to alert a keyholder that he has left the key in the unit after fueling has
completed, an internal heater for
condensation prevention and cold weather operation, visible
counters that allow users to verify their gallonage, and a weathershield to protect the unit
during inclement weather.

  GASBOY TopKAT — Type: Fuel management system designed for proprietary card systems
and for factory mounting to Gasboy 9800Q or K series electronic dispensers or available with
a mounting kit for Gasboy ASTRA series dispenser pedestals. A pedestal-mounted version is
available for use with mechanical dispensers or remote Gasbot 9800Q, 9800K or ASTRA
units.       Includes features such as wireless communication, Local Area Network (LAN)
interface and compatibility with master/satellite dispenser applications. Capacity of up to 2000
vehicles and 4000 employees, and controls up to eight Gasboy electronic fleet dispenser, or
eight mechanical dispensers. Up to eight TopKATS can link together for common control and
reporting.        
Includes: Storage for up to 1650 transactions. Optional PCMCIA card allows for
back and restore of data at the TopKAT unit. TopKAT includes 2 line x 20 character backlit LCD
display, 4x4 weatherproof membrane keypad with audible feedback and a read/write key
receptacle. Two RS-232/RS-422 ports are provided for communcations with a remote terminal,
printer, modem or PC. Transaction data recorded by the system can include transaction,
vehicle key and vehicle numbers, vehicle department/account number, employee number and
employee department number, pump and product, day and time, transaction quantity. vehicle
cumulative quantity, employee cumulative quantity, odometer reading and miles/kilometers
between fuelings.

  PETROVEND FL6™ — Type: Modular fuel management system (available with optional
magnetic stripe card activation) with standard two hose, 100 proprietary key (card) capacity
as standard, and an option for 250 key (card) capability.       For use with proprietary
systems. Housed in a durable stainless steel enclosure. Automatically keeps track of all
transactions, accumulating information on key (card) number, date and time of access, hose
number and the amount of fuel dispensed. Also produces Total Product Dispensed report for
each key or card and tracks and/or limits product dispensed by hose.       
Includes: Internal
printer, battery backup to protect stored transaction data, internal diagnostics to aid in
troubleshooting, programmable pulser ratio (from 1:1 to 1:1000) and a manual override to
provide access to fueling even in the event of a system malfunction. Options available include
an internal heater for condensation and proper operation even in extreme cold.

  GASBOY SERIES 1000 — Type: Proprietary fuel management system with a broad choice
of features and options enabling customization of the system to meet user needs.Standard
features include a 10,000 user capacity and memory capacity for up to 1121 transactions
(with a magnetic strip card) or 1123 transactions (with an optical card). As an option, the
system can be run 'cardless', with all information manually entered on the Series 1000 keypad.
Series 1000 has the ability to control up to eight hoses simultaneously and can automatically
shut down fueling ability at a specified time. The system provides for optional printing of
transactions as they occur ('real time')
.       Includes: The standard Series 1000 comes with
battery backed memory and clock, a pump disable switch, built-in AC and RS-422
protectors, RS-232 or RS-422 communication, pedestal, 12 position membrane keypad,
2 asychronous communications ports and a 20 character LCD prompting display. Options
include a receipt printer, two card operation, ability to control access to to product type (with
nine loadable authorization codes card encoded) and ability to limit the amount of fuel (with 10
loadable limit codes card encoded).

  PETROVEND K800™ — Type: Fuel control system for small fleets with a single site or a
large fleet with many sites. Ideal for municipalities.       Accepts either optical or magnetic
stripe proprietary cards, the durable ChipKey or operatable through manual code entry.
Includes: Backlit LCD for visibility at night or in bright sunshine, programmable prompts
to guide the user through the fueling process, alloy keypad, 16 gauge steel enclosure and
a thermostatically-controlled heater for reliable operation even in harsh environments. Also
supplied with internal diagnostics, built-in pulser power supply, four adjustable fueling
timers per hose position and a manual bypass switch for each hose.

K800 FUEL SITE CONTROLLER — The hub of the K800 system, storing transactions and
connecting peripherals. Up to four K800 Fuel Island Terminals and 16 hoses can be
controlled simultaneously, with up to 10,000 cards and 1800 transactions storable in the
FSC memory. The Fuel Site Controller includes serial communications ports for a printer,
PC and modem and easily interfaces to existing PCs.

  PETROVEND C/OPT™ — Type: Fuel control system with ability to accept nationwide
fleet fueling cards as well as proprietary cards.       Accepts magnetic stripe, optical and/
or ChipKey readers to maximize flexibility. Optional full alpha keypad allows entry of 
vehicle tags and other alpha information. A receipt printer is another  option available with
the C/OPT.      
 Includes: Fiber-optically lit keypads and LED backlit display for easy
visibility at night. Four function buttons are placed next to the display for ease of use.
Graphics display guides the user through the fueling process with pictures and text. A
thermostatically-controlled heater addresses condensation and provides for reliable
system performance even in the coldest climates.

SYSTEM2 FUEL SITE CONTROLLER —  The heart of the system, the fuel site controller
stores all transactions and connects peripherals. The FSC interfaces with authorization and
fueling networks including, but not limited to

  GASBOY ISLANDER II — Type: Fuel control system with ability to accept nationwide
fleet fueling cards as well as proprietary cards.       Completely self-contained (requires no
indoor controller), the system accepts an assortment of credit and fleet card types. It can be
connected to major retail dispensers to offer conventional retail services at an unattended
location.
       Includes: Interface capability for Wayne, Tokheim and Gilbarco electronic
dispensers, control of up to 32 hoses and the handling of up to 99 products. The system can
store up to 4000 transactions (system configuration is the determining factor).

  PHOENIX™ FUEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE — Type: Fuel management software for
the PetroVend K800 and System2, available in three versions:

PHOENIX BASIC — Centralized control over your fueling operation, featuring backup and
restore, terminal emulation and on-demand or automatically pre-scheduled transaction
polling.

PHOENIX PLUS — All of the features of Phoenix Basic, with reporting capability.

PHOENIX PREMIER — Complete site reconsiliation, incorporating additional site data from
an OPW or other brand of tank gauge.

Most data is exportable into a third-party database, spreadsheet or fleet maintenance

GASBOY FUEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE — Type: Fuel management software for the
Gasboy cardreaders, specific to the model:

PC/TopKAT for Windows —
PC/1000 for Windows —
PC/CFN for Windows — Offered in two versions. The Comm Module of software includes
     the ability to communicate directly with the cardreader and initiate site commands,
     automatically poll fuel transactions, create an ASCII transaction export file and centralize
     lockout downloads.

     The Report Module includes all the features of the Comm Module and adds to that the
     ability to create custom reports from polled fuel transactions, specify up to four sort levels
     by any transaction heading, the ability to select summary level only or detailed transactions,

     and totals and subtotals.
