  GORMAN-RUPP SHIELD-A-SPARK (Gasoline powered) — Type: Gasoline engine-driven
self-priming centrifugal.       Designed to handle volatile, flammable liquids. Not to be
operated near open flames, sparks, cigarettes or any other ignition source. Do not operate
in an explosive atmosphere or an unventilated area.Attached ground cable should be
connected to the nearest grounding point on the tank being filled. Allow engine to completely
cool before refueling.       Size: 2".      Capacity range: 28gpm (31.2psi, 90' total head, 5'
suction lift) to 154gpm (6.9psi, 10' total head, 5' suction lift).       Engine specifications:
Briggs & Stratton single cylinder, four cycle, air-cooled gasoline engine w/rope rewind
starter. 9.03 cubic inches with 2.3 hour full load operating time.      Additional features:
Standard equipment includes a roll cage w/rubber feet, strainer, 90° discharge elbow,
panel mounted manual Stop-Run choke control, manual throttle control w/top speed limit,
spark-arresting muffler and heat shield, shielded ignition, grounding wire and fuel splash

  GORMAN-RUPP SHIELD-A-SPARK (Diesel powered) — Type: Diesel engine-driven self-
priming centrifugal.       Designed to handle volatile, flammable liquids. Not to be

starter. Engine size is 13.4 cubic inches (2"), and 25.5 cubic inches (2" and 3").      
Additional features: Standard equipment includes a roll cage w/rubber feet, strainer, 90°

GORMAN-RUPP 80 SERIES® — Type: Self-priming centrifugal.     Designed for non-stop
workloads. Straight-in suction design guarantees quick and positive self-priming. A suction
check valve prevents in-line return flow when the pump is shut off. Available with an optional
self-lubricated mechanical shaft seal.        Sizes: 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8" and 10".
Materials of construction: Cast iron, stainless steel.       Maximums: Capacity = 2800gpm;
Head = 205'; Solids = 2.5", Temperature = 160° F.     Additional features: Multi-vane open

  GORMAN-RUPP 'O' SERIES® — Type: Self-priming centrifugal.     This series of pump can
can be used for transfer pumping, clean water supply pumping, in spray applications as well
as many industrial uses. The straight-in suction design eliminates entrance restrictions and
provides better performance when handling petroleum products, solvents and similiar liquids.
Sizes: 2", 3", 4" and 6".       Materials of construction: Aluminum, bronze, cast iron,
ductile iron.       Maximums: Capacity = 1350gpm; Head = 400'; Solids = 0.688",
Temperature = 160° F.     Additional features: High efficiency closed impeller, standard
Viton/Fluorelastomers with optional Teflon® and double seals available on some models.
Also available with self-lubricated mechanical shaft seals.
