Fluid Management
System 		           
  GRACO MATRIX™ TOTAL FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM™ — Type: Wireless metering,
tracking and delivery system that helps you to control inventory.       Designed especially for
car and truck dealerships, fleet maintenance shops, off-road vehicle maintenance shops and
industrial in-plant lubrication. Benefits of the state-of-the-art Matrix system include:

• Improved productivity by eliminating the need to walk elsewhere in the building to get
  authorization to dispense product, using the Matrix work order feature. Time is saved, too,
  with automatic data collection and tank level monitoring.
• Increased revenue because missed billings are minimized, dispensing history provides
  a record to predict fleet vehicle life and the accurate vehicle service history records support
  warranty decisions.
• Reduced downtime with potential downtime due to stock runout prevented by fluid levels
  automatically being emailed to your fresh oil supplier, while waste oil monitoring ensures
  timely pickup of waste oil.
• Reduced shrinkage with complete tracking of bulk liquid fluids.

The Matrix system is comprised of six components: 		 
 
  MATRIX METER MODEL 246008— The meter dispenses fluid and communicates the
dispense information wirelessly to a site PC.

Designed for petroleum-based and synthetic oils, gear lube, anti-freeze and transmission and
hydraulic oils. Not compaible w/fuel or windshield washer fluid. The meter is presettable.

Flow range: 0.26 to 5gpm.       Operating fluid pressure range: 100 to 1500psi.
Accuracy: +/- 1.15% (out of box; can be calibrated to +/- .5%.       Inlet, outlet: 1/2", 3/8".
Units of measurement: Programmable in pints, quarts, gallons or liters.       Maximum
recorded dispense volume: 999.9 units.       Maximum preset amount: 99.9 units.
Battery: 9.6v DC rechargeable NiMH.       
  
 
  MATRIX CLEANLINE FILTER — Offered in two variations (tank- or wall-mount), with a choice
of 900 or 1800psi rating.

  
 
  MATRIX BATTERY CHARGER — Available as a single bay charger and a four bay charger,
with an extension unit available to covert a four bay charger to a five bay charger (or, using
two extensions, converting a four bay to a six bay charger.

 
 
  MATRIX TANK LEVEL MONITOR MODEL 119274 — For use in tracking new and used oil
levels wirelessly. Once installed, everything becomes automatic - the viewing and managing
of your tank levels, with information stored in a database that may automatically emailed to
your oil supplier, used oil recyclers or your main office. Not for use with gasoline, diesel fuel
and other flammable liquids or with materials with an auto ignition flash point lower than
419° F.

  
 
  MATRIX TRANSCEIVER MODEL 249020 (with software) — Provides clear RF (radio
frequency) reception, allowing communication between your PC and the meter and tank
level monitor. The transceiver can be ceiling or wall mounted, or placed on a convenient
surface anywhere within the main shop.

  
 
  MATRIX APPLICATION SOFTWARE MODEL (packaged with the Matrix transceiver and
not sold separately) — Graco's complete application software features clear and intuitive
operating screens, and monitors and save important data (bulk fluid inventories, volume of oil
dispensed, oil dispensed by technician, oil dispensed by bay, tank levels and the type and
brand of oil). Security parameters are password protected and controlled by the System
Administrator.

Cumulative oil dispense volumes are provided for comparison with bulk fluid inventories.
Customized reports can be viewed or exported as Microsoft® Excel® files and emailed to
your oil supplier or used oil recycler. An emergency mode provides protection if your PC goes
down or loses power.

The tank level monitoring application software monitors and save important data (bulk fluid
inventories, type and brand of oil). Customized reports can be viewed or exported as Microsoft®
Excel® files and emailed to your oil supplier or used oil recycler.

  
 
Oil Drains            
  ALEMITE MODEL 8587-1 PORTABLE DRAIN — Type: Pressurized portable used oil drain.
Not for use with flammable or caustic liquids.       Includes: 24 gallon wheel-mounted tank
with a built-in gauge to show when the tank has reached capacity. Supplied with a 23" swivel-
mounted bowl and a built-in evacuation hose.

  GRACO MODEL 218969 ROLLING DRAIN — Type: Waste oil collector receiver used in
a 'pit' application at quick lube or fleet maintenance facilities.       Adjustable steel rollers fit
track widths of 39" to 46", with a minimum running width of 2 1/2". Front and rear drain fittings
allow use of two drains  on a single track, allowing two receivers  to be drained simultaneously.  
Includes: 30 gallon capacity steel tank, 1 1/2" drain valve, 1 1/2" quick coupler, 1 1/2" quick
coupler cap.       Dimensions: 24" wide x 33" long x 11" deep. Assembly includes 3" diameter
wheels.

GRACO MODEL 235346 ROLLING DRAIN — Like model 218969 but with a 27 gallon
capacity due to its smaller dimensions (track width range is from 34.2" to 42.2".
