OPW ENGINEERED SYSTEMS VISI-FLO® — Sold with a three year 'no leak' guarantee,
the Visi-Flo utilizes a radial seal for a constant and uninterruopted sealing between the body
and outside diameter of the glass lens.

Rated for full vacuum service, the Visa-Flo comes in two series: the 1400 standard series and
the 1500 high pressure/high temperature series. Both benefit from the more than 60 years of
design and manufacturing by the OPW Engineered Systems group.

The flow indicators are available in both flanged and threaded configurations. There is a choice of
four indicator styles:

PROPELLER INDICATOR STYLE — The best way to show the flow of opaque liquids. Ideal for
observation at a distance. A flow from right to left is standard, but a left to right flow can be
accomodated. This style is not recommended for flows greater than 100gpm.

        
 
BI-DIRECTIONAL FLAPPER STYLE —This indicator points in either direction to show the user
at a glance which way the liquid is flowing.
        
 
BI-DIRECTIONAL PLAIN STYLE — Used when the color and clarity of the liquid is of prime
importance.
        
 
DRIP TUBE STYLE — For gravity, extremely low flow or intermittent flow, this is the ideal choice.
It keeps product from dripping on the glass and assures constant 'see through' for vertical lines.
       
             
  VISI-FLO 1400 / 1500 FLANGED SERIES —
Sizes: 3/4" through 12"
Construction and material: Steel, 316 stainless steel, ductile iron (optional materials:      
Hastelloy®, Alloy® 20, Monel® and others on request).
Seals: Neoprene (1400 series standard), Viton® (1500 series standard). Also available are
     Buna-N, EPT and Teflon®.       
Indicators: Delrin® (1400 series standard), Ryton® (1500 series standard), Teflon®.       
Windows: Tempered soda lime (1400 series to 3"; Annealed Borcsillicate on 3" and larger),      
     Tempered Borcsillicate (1500 series standard; all sizes).
Temperature/Pressure ratings (1400 series, standard seals):
      -20° to 150 ° F - 200psi
      200° F - 165psi
      225° F - 150psi
      250° F - 135psi
Temperature/Pressure ratings (1500 series, standard seals):
     -100° to -20° F - 285psi (steel), 275psi (316 SS), 245psi (ductile iron)
      150° F - 270psi (steel), 255psi (316 SS), 225psi (ductile iron)
