capabilities.
Supports: Up to eight tank level probes and eight leak sensors.
Features: Inch or millimeter level units and gallon or liter volume units. Generates inventory,
compliance and fuel management reports and executes an automatic system check,
notifying the user if the system is not functioning properly. An optional internal high speed
fax/data modem capability offers remote access from the System Sentinel™. Multi-output
relays can be used for outputs to overfill alarms and visual/audible indicators. This Tank
Sentinel model features an alpha numeric keypad and expanded, backlit LCD display with

1, Group D.

INCON TANK SENTINEL TS-500, TS-5000 — Type: Third party approved tank and line
leak detection.     Modular system allows multiple applications to run concurrently to satisfy
current and future business and regulatory requirements.
Supports: Up to 72 tank level
probes, up to 72 interstitial and sump leak sensors, and up to 72 dispenser hook inputs
(eliminating the need for external dispenser hook isolation boxes).       Features:
Submersible pump monitoring, vapor recovery monitoring (gauging the effectiveness of
your vapor recovery equipment through continuous monitoring of gasoline vapors during
fueling operations) and secondary containment monitoring that continuously monitors the
interstitial spaces of doublewall tanks, lines and sumps — notifying station owners when
release of product into the environment has occured. Standard ethernet connection, in
addition to two RS-232 and one USB port. Optional internal modem includes fax and data
software capability. This model includes a graphical touch screen. Rated intrinsically safe
for Class I, Division 1, Group D.

Probes / Sensors
INCON LIQUID LEVEL PROBES (LL2) — Incon liquid level probes are advanced instruments
using magnetostrictive position measurement technology. The probes include intrinsically safe
circuits for hazardous locations and a screw-in electrical connection providing quick
installation and/or removal, eliminating the need to resplice wires.

The TSP-LL2 probes are used for underground tanks and petroleum applications, The LL2
probe consists of a shaft with one or two magnetic floats. The probes can report the level of
one or both of the floats.

Incon's TSP-LL1 probe is used in aboveground tank instances and inventory only applications.

The probes are easily installed into 4" riser pipes, or optionally in 3" or 2" riser pipes (with a
reducer fitting).

INCON LEVEL PROBE FLOAT KITS (IDF, IGF) — Available in 2" and 4" sizes, the floats for
gasoline and diesel are constructed of Nitrophyl, with the water probe including a nickel-plated
ballast. Water floats are color coded for the application: red for gasoline and blue for diesel
(oil). Float kits are sold separate from the level probes themselves.

INCON LEVEL PROBE INSTALLATION KIT (K4A) — Like the probe float kits, the level probe
installation kit are purchased separately from the level probe. The installation kit suspends the
level probe from the top of the tank riser. This method of installation guarantees the probe
supplies accurate level information and that the tank is sealed in accordance with regulatory
requirements. The kit is also designed so that the probe and cable do not twist during the
installation process, so that the cable is sealed and strain relieved.

INCON LINE LEAK DETECTOR (LLD) — The line leak detector can be used in most
pressurized applications (i.e.any new or existing turbine pump housing). It can be used in
place of a mechanical leak detector.

Third-party certified with a 100% probability of leak detection, and a 0% probability of a
false alarm. Line leak test failure is indicated by an alarm. The Line Leak Detector can be
operated as 'stand alone' or interfaced with the Tank Sentinel® system.

INCON ELECTRO-OPTIC INTERSTITIAL SENSOR (EIS) — The electro-optic sensor
(utilizing light emitting diodes and prisms) is made of chemically-resistant polysulphone
plastic and is installed in doublewall fiberglass and steel tanks. It can also be used in
sumps or other locations where the presence of liquid indicates a leak has occured.

INCON HYDROSTATIC INTERSTITIAL SENSOR (HIS) — This sensor is used in doublewall
tanks where the interstitisal space is filled with a liquid brine solution. The sensor's polyester,
nitrile and epoxy construction is compatible with all types of brine.

INCON UNIVERSAL SUMP SENSOR (ULS) — Non-discriminating float switch that can be
installed in sumps, dispenser pans, steel doublewall tanks or other locations where the
presence of liquid indicates that a leak has occured.

INCON DISCRIMINATING DISPENSER SUMP SENSOR (DDS) — For use with dispenser
sumps and containment pans, this sensor generates three different alarms: the detection of
hydrocarbons, the detection of water and when the sump is full.

INCON HIGH LEVEL SWITCH (HLS) — Float switch that installs in a 2" tank opening.
The switch's normally-closed output circuit provides supervised operation, ensuring that
broken wires and similiar failures will not go undetected.

INCON DISCRIMINATING TURBINE SUMP SENSOR (DTS) — Detects and differentiates
between the presence of liquid and hydrocarbons.

INCON DISCRIMINATING MONITOR WELL SENSOR (MWS) — Detects the presence of
hydrocarbon vapors floating on groundwater. By using a float switch and conductive polymer
strip, this sensor identifies hydrocarbons anywhere along the length of the sensor.

Software
INCON SYSTEM SENTINEL SOFTWARE — Powerful, versatile and easy-to-use remote
fuel management software that communicates not only with Incon but with most other major
tank gauge brands. Gathers specified data in a user-defined polling schedule or on-demand.

Provides summarized or detailed information about all fueling sites, forecasts deliveries from
current inventory useage rates, collects dispensing data to allow real-time reconciliation of
sales data. The software provides centralized control of all compliance information such as
tank and line leak testing data as well as leak detection sensor status.

A wide variety of reports can be custom scheduled, displayed and printed or faxed at specific
times. It displays data, highlights trouble spotsand facilitates management by exception.

System Sentinel supports an unlimited number of sites, and offers immediate notification of
alarms for corrective action.

External Alarms

INCON REMOTE AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM (RK1) — For indoor/outdoor applications with
low background noise. Pulsating light and piezo-electric buzzer warn of alarm conditions. The
unit can be programmed through the Incon tank monitor console to activate in response to
any type of alarm in the system. It can be combined with the RK remote acknowledgement
unit to privide a choice of alarm silencing options.

The unit may be used as an overfill alarm as required by federal, state or local regulations, or
as a general purpose remote alarm annunciator.

INCON REMOTE AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM (RK2) — For indoor/outdoor applications with
high background noise. Pulsating light and elecrtomechanical buzzer warn of alarm
conditions. The unit can be programmed through the Incon tank monitor console to activate
in response to any type of alarm in the system. It can be combined with the RK remote
acknowledgement unit to privide a choice of alarm silencing options.

The unit may be used as an overfill alarm as required by federal, state or local regulations, or
as a general purpose remote alarm annunciator.

INCON ALARM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT UNIT (RK) — Locks or silences audible/visual
alarms up to 1000 feet. Housed in a rugged, non-metallic NEMA-4X housing, ideal for any
weather condition.
