	BAKER INDUSTRIES NW ISLAND FORMS — •12 gauge construction on all models with a continuous 1-7/8" formed rub rail around the top of the entire form. •Style include 6" radius, full radius (half circle), straight, tapered and others. •9" and 13" tall forms are standard. •Rub rail alignment tabs of 1/8" minimum steel and interlocking joint angles allow for quick assembly and sturdy joint connection. •Typically ordered as 'knock down' for on- site assembly, the forms can also be shipped pre-assembled. •Furnished with a neutral light gray corrosion-resistant finish, allowing easy top coat coverage. •Custom component fabrication available. The 6" radius ends are available in a 'short' series and a 'long' series. Both are available 9" or 13" tall. Ends that create a 'half circle' or 'half moon' appearance.
