LIQUID CONTROLS METERS — •Reliable, highly accurate positive displacement meter. •For use in-plant or on delivery vehicles. •Meets NTEP (NIST Handbook 44), US military specifications and many international Weights and Measures accuracy requirements. LC's meters with mechanical registers are accurate to 0.05% of reading over the entire range, while the meters utilziing electronic registers are accurate to 0.03% of reading over the entire range. •Standard aluminum-housing 'M' series is for 1.5" through 6" applications, and flow rates from 60 to 800gpm. • Steel-housed 'MS' series cover flow rates to 1000gpm. • LPG applications use cast case, high pressure design 'MA' group. •Plentiful options include ticket printer, pre- set, straining and air elimination. •Offers over 15 different materials of construction specific to materials being metered. |

| LC MECHANICAL REGISTER — •Traditionally used in a variety of fixed and mobile applications. •Displays in assorted units of measurement: gallons, liters, barrels, etc., as well as in non- liquid units. •Five digit resettable counter, eight digit non-resettable totalizer. LC MECHANICAL PRESET — •Allows setting of specific amount of product to be dispensed and controls a mechanically- linked valve. •Available for either a single stage or two stage closure. LC ELECTRONIC 'LECTROCOUNT™ — •Compatible with virtually all flow meters. •NEMA 4X family is UL Class 1 and Weights and Measures approved. •Large six-digit, weatherproof display provides readout of preset quantity, flow rate, temperature, time and totalizer. It can also be supplied with a remote, large character LCD display that's viewable up to 100'. •Optionally available with temperature volume compensation. LC TICKET PRINTERS — •Printer assembly mounts atop mechanical register. LC PULSERS — •Converts the rotary motion of the Liquid Controls meter into electronic pulses, which in turn allows the meter to interface with a wide variety of electronic control equipment and monitoring devices. •Five models available. LC STRAINERS — •Protects the meter from serious damage caused by burrs dislodged from new piping, pipe scale or foreign material. •Strainer basket (two ply screen) features inner screen of either 20, 40, 80, 100 or 200 mesh, or squares per inch. The outer screen works as a backing, giving support and reinforcement to the fine mesh inner screen. LC AIR/VAPOR ELIMINATORS — •Increases the accuracy of the meter, removing air and vapors from the metering system and allowing only liquid to pass through the meter for measurement. LC TEMPERATURE VOLUME COMPENSATOR — •Compensates for changes in product volume based on temperature. This is accomplished through interaction of three subsystems: a thermal sensing device, a lever arm assembly and a speed change mechanism. •The fluid in the temperature sensing bulb expands or contracts with changes in product temperature. Any change in volume of the sensing fluid causes the product bellows in the TVC to expand or contract. The lever arm assembly transmits the bellows motion to the speed change mechanism. The speed change mechanism changes the drive ration between the meter and the register. |
