FE PETRO 'INTELLIGENT' PUMP — •Available in 2hp and 4hp versions. The Intelligent Submersible Pump (IST) pro- vides constant flow to up to eight (2hp; 10gpm constant) or 12 (4hp; 10gpm constant) fueling positions. •Powered by MagVFC controller. The 2VS (2hp variable speed) can operate with single or three phase incoming power supply to the MagVFC, while the 4VS requires three phase incoming power. •Two stage centrifugal-type pump w/ selectable operating pressure on the MagVFC of between 24psi and 42psi deadhead. •Pumps include check and pressure-relief valves, venturi-type syphon primer, air eliminator and yoke electrical disconnect. •Factory-installed options include floating suction adapter, intake filter screen (assembled to the pump motor ass'y) and check valves for Veeder-Root's PLLD line leak feature or Red Jacket's PPM4000 line leak feature. •Available in fixed length or variable length (VL) versions (variable length design is set in the field: VL1 models: 59"-87" (2hp), 64"-92" (4hp). VL2 models (covers 90% of installs): 90" to 151" (2hp), 95"-156" (3hp). VL3 models: 122" to 213" (2hp), 120"- 212" (2hp), 127"-218" (4hp). |

FE PETRO MagVFC — •Integrel component of the 'Intelligent Submersible Pump' (IST). •Monitors pumping demand on-site and varies the RPM of the turbine pump to provide consistant flow rate at the dispenser. •The incoming power to the MagVFC can be either single or three phase when operating a 2 horsepower variable speed turbine. The 4hp variable speed turbine requires three phase incoming power to the MagVFC. •Provides many diagnostic features and reduced electrical 'noise'. |

FE PETRO SMART CONTROLLER III
— •Designed to replace three phase motor starters in both new and existing locations. •Compatible with most existing 3hp to 5hp three phase submersibles. •Provides 'on demand' automatic pump startupof up to eight submersible pumps manifolded to the same dis- charge line. Lead pump starts to satisfy the initial demand and additional pumps are started as demand increases. •The SCIII constantly monitors for any abnormal conditions that reduce pump motor life or cause downtime. When any of those conditions exist, SCIII alerts the service technician to the source of the problem: dry run, extended run, overvoltage, under- voltage, relay fault, voltage/current underbalance, locked rotor, phase loss or open circuit. |
