OPW 10 SERIES EMERGENCY VALVE — •Typically installed on fuel supply lines underneath dispensers at grade level to minimize hazards associated with a fire or collision at the dispenser. •In the event of a mishap, the valve's top section breaks off at the integrel shear groove, in turn activating poppets and shutting off the flow of fuel to the dispenser. Additionally, fusible link trips the valve closed at 160° F, shutting off fuel supply to the dispenser. •Single poppet version shuts off the fuel supply only, while double poppeted valve stops fuel flow and prevents the release of fuel from the dispenser's internal piping. |

MORRISON MODEL 272 INTERNAL VALVE — •Used to shut off the flow of product in the event of fire. •Available in sizes 2" to 4". •Body mounts at the base of an aboveground tank, with the plunger end intruding the gravity opening. An optional shear section machined into the valve body provides impact protection. •Valve includes fusible link (212°; holds open the spring-actuated lever). •Standard model consists of a brass body and internals, and a Viton® o-ring. A Teflon®- fitted option provides a Viton-encapsulated Teflon o-ring and Teflon packing. •Other options include ductile iron (DI) body and internals - Teflon fitted (model 272 HDI), DI w/shear section (model 272HDS) or DI w/shear section and locking lugs for padlock (model 272DLS). For maximum viscosity of 60 centistrokes. •Used to prevent accidental siphoning from an aboveground tank in the event of a pipe fracture or other cause of leak downstream and below the tank's liquid level. •Two way, one direction flow valve opens opon receipt of an electronic signal, such as activation of a pump or dispenser. •Available in sizes .75" to 3". •Consists of a brass or stainless steel body, Viton® seal (for brass-bodied valves) or Teflon® seal (on stainless steel valves). •Coil options: 120v (standard), 240v, 480v, 6 and 12vdc may be available on some models. •No differential pressure is required to open the valve. Valve must be mounted with the solenoid vertical and upright. OCV MODEL 115 SOLENOID VALVE — •Provides on/off (open/close) control of fluids in response to an electrical signal. With the proper solenoid, the valve may be normally closed (energize to open) or normally open (de-energize to open). •Available for both AC and DC power. •Valves can be equipped with manual override solenoid operation. •Variations: Model 115-1 — Available in 1.25" to 4", operated by a three-way solenoid. Main valve diaphragm chamber may be exhausted to the atmosphere, allowing for full open operation at any flow rate. Model 115-2 — Available in 1.25" to 6", operated by a two-way solenoid and ejector . Main valve diaphragm chamber exhausts to valve outlet port. Valve position is determined by flow rate demand (differential pressure). Model 115-3 — Operated by two 2-way solenoids, can be position from full closed to full open, or locked in any intermediate position. Model 115-4 — Available in 3" to 24". Three-way solenoid operates a large port accelerator pilot for quick response on large valves. |
